COVID19 Update – California

Due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, California is putting into effect stay-at-home orders for residents and some businesses, depending on ICU capacities to allow hospitals to cope with a surge of patients. At the moment we’re operating at 50% staffing levels, so processing times are behind what they usually are.

UPDATE – January 8th, 2021
We’re reopening online sales!

Moving forward for the short term, we’re adjusting our policies to match this changing environment:

• We will be taking online orders and processing as soon as possible (2-3 business days if we can).
• FedEx deliveries still operating on a 2-3 business day arrival times across the US but we’re expecting a couple days delay time for arrivals with COVID19 slowdowns. Recommend keeping an eye on your tracking info.
• IF we have to be shut down, we’ll pause all new orders from being placed and will run refunds for any open orders that we’re unable to push out.
